01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern all use of the game pk365 platform, including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games, payment systems, promotional offers, and customer support services. By using any part of the game pk365 service, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
- You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in Pakistan.

03 Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on game pk365. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended, and balances across all accounts may be forfeited.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your game pk365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. game pk365 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep credentials secure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
game pk365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is determined by the selected payment method and is displayed at the time of transaction. Players are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their payment provider.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Cashier section of the Platform, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. game pk365 reserves the right to conduct additional KYC checks before processing withdrawals exceeding 50,000 PKR. Withdrawals are made only to a payment method registered in the same name as the account holder.
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

- Bonuses are available to eligible players only. game pk365 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.

- Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Failure to do so results in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- game pk365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players with active bonus funds at the time of cancellation will have those funds honoured subject to applicable wagering requirements.
Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "advantage play"), or exploiting promotional mechanics not intended by game pk365 — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
06 Gameplay Rules
Each game available on game pk365 — including but not limited to Jackpot Slots, Hot Pot, Mega Wheel, live dealer tables, and Cockfighting — is governed by its own set of game-specific rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing any wager.
In the event of a discrepancy between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the more specific rule will take precedence with respect to that game. All bets placed are final once confirmed. game pk365 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed wagers except where a technical error demonstrably caused an incorrect outcome.
game pk365 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained live dealers in controlled studio environments and are subject to real-time monitoring for fairness.
07 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on game pk365 and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or gain advantage on the Platform.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional mechanics.
- Fraudulent use of payment methods, including chargebacks, disputed transactions, or use of payment accounts belonging to another person.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical systems.
- Any form of money laundering or use of the Platform to obscure the origin of funds.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during account registration or verification.
08 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of game pk365. Unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, game pk365 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or service interruptions beyond game pk365's reasonable control.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Losses attributable to inaccurate registration information provided by the player.
- Any technical malfunctions in third-party payment systems, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or banking networks, that delay or prevent deposit or withdrawal transactions.
game pk365's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While game pk365 makes every reasonable effort to ensure uptime and accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.
12 Suspension & Termination
game pk365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
- Player-initiated self-exclusion requests.
Upon termination for cause, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings generated from bonuses under investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after the completion of any pending investigations, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to game pk365.
Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting game pk365 support. Upon voluntary closure, pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, subject to identity verification requirements.
13 Changes to Terms
game pk365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email, platform notification, or both, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the game pk365 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which game pk365 is registered. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
